LIFE SAVER! We were visiting Butler from way out of town when my daughter realized she didn't have any more contacts about 30 before we had to be there. We called Dr Tavel's, they were extremely nice and had everything ready as we pulled into the parking lot. We were in and out in less than 30 seconds and made our college appointment on time AND able to see! Thank you so much for turning a probably disaster into success!
My office visit was excellent! However customer service was not. Lisa was rude when I called to reschedule. She must of had a bad morning, maybe she didn't feel well ? Be customer friendly at all times. Twenty plus year in Customer Service.
We have been going to the Pyramids location for 6 or 7 years now. The professional staff and great customer service keeps us coming back everytime. They also have an amazing Cartier collection which is what we are always looking for.
