I would give more stars if I could. Bailey is awesome and so very patient. She helped me last year when my glasses were measured incorrectly and took a lot of time to make sure they were exact! This visit she helped me again and I can’t say enough about how great she is!! I also wanted to say that the store manager Cindy is awesome as well. In today’s world it’s hard to find people who actually put patients first ~ they do!

There are so many choices when it comes to optical care nowadays. And to be honest, other than the convenience sake of being in a Target, it would NEVER have occurred to me to truly consider Target optical.I stopped in and this ridiculously nice person, professional but not pushy, was there.Her name is Barb Hauser.Ladies and Gentlemen, it is worth your consideration to strongly consider Target Optical simply because of Barb.I’ve come to learn that connections and kindness matter.Yes,Target Optical is a “real” optical store. As a newly returning Target Optical customer, the staff was personable, knowledgeable, and clearly enjoyed working there and with each other. Bailey helped me understand my coverage and the products, plus offered solid style advice.I’m already hoping she’s there when I go back to pick up my new glasses!
