I had an issue with my glasses today, things were looking very bleak, but luckily I had the absolute pleasure of meeting Maurice! He was very compassionate and understanding, doing everything he could to help. Perfection in customer service. Thanks to Maurice, he really turned a bad day around.

I finally made the move to progressive lenses for the first time and Maurice did a phenomenal job explaining how they work, the adjustment period, the different size lenses I’ll need to target Vs my current narrow lens, and recommendation on style and fit. Great customer experience!

Dr. Pierce is amazing. She is patient, kind, and extremely knowledgeable. Maurice and Quinn are awesome too and hilarious! The front desk staff were also great. I like coming here and have had no problems!
