I've been coming to Eyes on Main for the past 5 years since I moved to Westfield from Chicago. As someone who is admittedly an eyewear connoisseur, I absolutely love coming here! They carry such a great selection of unique, independent brands you will not see at typical optical shops. Beyond the amazing selection, the customer service provided by Kim and Tony are top notch. Kim is so knowledgeable, helpful and genuinely takes the time to make sure you find the right frames without ever making you feel pressured. I always look forward to coming in, and I'm continually impressed by the selection and service. Highly recommend!
I was very impressed with the professionalism and thoroughness of the optometrist! Dr. Diana Prljevic was extremely knowledgable, answered my questions in detail, and was clearly up to date in her field. Very happy with both the Doctor and the
Helpful and knowledgable personnel. They have a very nice selection of frames, and can order one if they don't have it in. Quite a good experience; I left feeling that my vision was in good hands!
I had an outstanding experience at Eyes on Main! They helped me fix my DITA sunglasses after I had already visited several other optical stores, and no one else was able to help. Instead of turning me away, they took the time to carefully look at the problem, came up with a solution, and got my sunglasses fixed.
On top of their expertise, everyone was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and professional. It’s rare to find people who genuinely care about helping their customers the way they do.
I highly recommend Eyes on Main to anyone looking for exceptional service. 10/10 experience; I will definitely be back!
