The customer service is OUTSTANDING!! I wish I got her name but one of the assistants with glasses, took care of my services and went beyond on helping me. The service was quick too. I highly recommend this place.
Tiffany, Vicki, and Kianna absolutely made this a wonderful experience. i came in with a superglued pair of meta glasses, and walked out happier than i’ve ever been with my new specs. super affordable of course, but also i watched Vicki call my insurance back to back like 2015 Drake - absolutely above and beyond. Tiffany was super patient with me and my 392 questions, and Kianna made sure i understood my vision needs thoroughly. can’t say enough good about the team here. this is my eye dr fr (pun intended)
Every time I’ve gone there I have had nothing but great service. I need to come in and get my prescription filled the Opthamologist is just fantastic, but then we have things in common.
