“Exceptional eye care, simply delivered. I grew up being served in this practice in the original Delphi practice. I was later served by a long-time fixture member of the Indy eye care scene. Unfortunately, the care became “McDonaldized” care with a focus on upselling. The Norman-Miller group is nothing like that. Very professional and not being tested by a bunch of goth Starbucks barista wannabes playing technician. They are professional, proficient, and listen to understand your concerns and needs, just like they always have. Same tech as “McEyeDoctor”, with a personal touch. That comes from a model at the top down standard, not the corporate office.“

“Once again, I had a super experience with Chris, general manager, My Eye Dic, Westfield office. I stopped by the office to have my glasses inspected, they seem cockeyed, reason for issue unknown. Chris, upon my entering the office, caught my eye and greeted me with a warmly welcoming smile. He looked at my glasses, and he then asked me to step to a nearby mirror. He showed me how the curvature of the temple started prematurely. I understood, and Chris proceeded to adjust the curve. I put on the adjusted glasses which now were a perfect fit. The process took 5 to 10 minutes, at most. My experience with Chris was a delight. In conclusion was Chris’s offer of future help, if needed. What a great experience.“
