Unfortunately, the care became “McDonaldized” care with a focus on upselling. The Norman-Miller group is nothing like that. Very professional and not being tested by a bunch of goth Starbucks barista wannabes playing technician. They are professional, proficient, and listen to understand your concerns and needs, just like they always have. Same tech as “McEyeDoctor”, with a personal touch. That comes from a model at the top down standard, not the corporate office.“
