Absolutely love this eye doctor. We have been coming here for 10+ years and have had a great experience every time. They care about their patients and are always available to help whether its figuring out glasses or insurance or whatever. They go above and beyond and I wouldn't go any other location. The last time we went, they let us in early and squeezed all 3 of my kiddos in so they missed as little school as possible but also worked with my work schedule. They had the paperwork ready and everything was so smooth and streamlined to help us out. Seriously, can't recommend anywhere else!

Customer Service at My Eye Dr. on Hazel Dell Pkwy in Carmel was outstanding. Everyone was knowledgeable and extremely helpful when picking out glasses. When we went to pick them up they got us right in and made sure we were happy with our new glasses. My husband and I will definitely be coming back to this location for our eye care/eye wear needs in the future. 🙂
