“Before they came I got a text from Air Serv with a picture of my technician, Lee. Lee and Keith were great! They came right at the beginning of the time window and even though they needed an additional part everything was completed within the time window. My ac is working great!”
“We received speedy service because another company told us we had a carbon monoxide leak. John came right out and the next day they were ready to install a new furnace on the following morning.. Eric, Nate and Jeff came and did a wonderful job. We had been led to believe we needed $10,000 worth of work before we could install central air. That was not accurate so we decided to add that as well. They found things that will make our home much more comfortable that no one else caught when I explained the problems we had. I am so glad we called them and we will never call anyone else for service. The air was on and wonderful when I got home the day it was installed and the heat FINALLY reaches the upstairs thanks to Bays!! Great job!! Great service!!”
“I cannot express enough gratitude to Paitson Bros for coming out & diagnosing/fixing the issue with my mini splits. Eric was so nice, laidback & gave me sound advice going forward for my units. These guys showed up for me when literally no one else would come out and look at my units. Don’t waste your time with any other company, they will never compare to Paitson!!! #CustomerForLife!”
