The maintenance man who performed the maintenance service on my heat pump, in my opinion did a great job. He was prompt. professional , knowledgeable, and represented Schalburg Heating and Cooling very well. Schalburg's service, in my opinion, is top notch. I called 15 minutes before closing time they were scheduled and at my door at 8:30 AM the next morning. Charles their technician was very knowledgeable and polite. He answered our questions informed us about maintenance and fixed our AC in less than an hour. We were intimidated to call thinking AC repair was too expensive. Schalburg got it done quickly and for much less than we feared. Signing up for yearly service!
