“Our air conditioning went out in the morning around 1130, my wife called bates and they said it could be a couple hours before they could get to us. The guy that showed up had been working all day and was ready to go home but he came to our house around 5, he found the problem why it wasn’t working in 5 minutes, changed out our capacitor and he could’ve high tailed it out of there but he stayed and hooked up his hose to clean off the outside ac unit. Super nice guy, his name was Matt, me and my wife highly recommend using bates heating and cooling out of freedom Indiana. Thank you guys so much!!!”

Levy Heating & Cooling

206 S Washington St, Spencer

“We had an outstanding experience with Levy Heating & Cooling. From start to finish, the team was professional, honest, and easy to work with. They communicated clearly, arrived when they said they would, and completed the work with great attention to detail.

What impressed me most was that they didn’t simply replace our HVAC equipment. They evaluated our entire system and recognized that the original design was inefficient. They redesigned the system to improve the overall airflow and performance, and the difference has been remarkable. Our home is now noticeably more comfortable, with heating and cooling that is both more effective and more efficient.

It’s refreshing to find a company that takes pride in both the quality of their work and the way they treat their customers. I highly recommend Brett and the team at Levy Heating & Cooling to anyone looking for knowledgeable, trustworthy professionals who are committed to doing the job right.”
