I am very pleased with the work they did today. The guys were very professional and stayed to make sure everything was working just right. They also completed everything I asked for and explained the equipment very well. Add in that this company doesn't make you pay half up front and offers labor as part of their warranty. It is a winner!

Called Bay’s Heating and Cooling because my furnace was short cycling. First of all the young lady that answered the phone has such a caring heart.The gentleman that came to my home was very professional in all aspects of his job. His name is Todd Moody. Such a great guy just like this company. The prices are so reasonable.Thank you Todd for taking care of my furnace. You’re awesome and so is your company ( Bays Heating and Cooling).
