“I noticed our AC was coming on but shutting off after about 15 seconds. We have done business with Andrews for over 40 years. I gave them a call at about 3:45PM and talked with Jerry, the service manager, and told him the symptoms. Jerry immediately, and correctly diagnosed the issue based recent power outages. He arranged for one of the service men, John, to stop by on his way home. John was here within 20 minutes, double checked the issue and immediately made the repair. John has a pleasant personality, and explained things as he worked. This is the kind of service Doug and Chris, operating Andrews Heating and Air Conditioning, is known for. I felt the pricing was fair- compliments all around for a job well done! We were able to enjoy our weekend in a cool home! Thanks to all!
