This is Feb 18, 2024 Great Testimony For Paitson Bros.I've always been a Paitson Bros. Customer for over 9 yrs.I never had a service call until 3 weeks ago and again last week and then today on a Cold Snowy Sunday when my furnace quit at 3 am this Sunday morning. Matt Wadsworth called and came out to put in new parts that had been ordered by Kay and Frank. Frank was Fantastic finding the problem with my furnace as the noise was terrible. Kay was wonderful keeping me informed from the time I emailed and called her. They are all great assets to Paitson Bros. I'm forever grateful to all who helped me become a Happy Paitson Customer. My service technician, Zack, was very professional, friendly and arrived to service my equipment at the time promised. He asked me how the equipment was performing and if I had any questions on anything he had done. Looking forward to him servicing the air conditioner in the spring. I would highly recommend this young man and Paitson Heating and Air Conditioning.

Eric White did a thorough service to the furnace and to the humidifier. He found the humidifier was on the wrong setting and he made all adjustments ... and explained what was done. Thank you!!!Service: Cleaning
