“Troy was recommended to us by a friend, probably about 10 years ago, and he performed a couple annual furnace checks for us. A couple years later, our air conditioning quit after a storm. Another business told us that it was just dead and needed to be replaced. Troy came out and actually checked it and diagnosed that we had taken a lightning strike, so our air conditioner replacement was covered by insurance. Since that time, he has replaced the start capacitor and recharged it a couple times. He is prompt and professional, and he is also very personable. He has no trouble explaining to you what he is doing while he is doing it, and doesn't mind you watching him while he works. He is an all-around nice guy who says hi to me and chats with me when I run into him in the store, and even spends time chatting after he finishes his service calls. If I could give him seven stars out of five, I would. I recommend him to everyone who mentions that they need service. He provides exemplary service at an excellent value.
