Hoosier Heating and Cooling just installed two heating and cooling systems in our home. From our first contact with Marc, all of our interactions were professional and positive. I had several questions which I asked Marc through email and he had prompt responses every time. Installation was quick and painless. The technicians from Hoosier did a great job explaining the new systems to us. Along with all this, we received a fair and reasonable price along with a 10-year parts and labor warranty. Thanks, Hoosier Heating and Cooling.

I have had trouble with my Heat pump. One company put stop leak in it and completely ruined every valve and part in the pump. Called Hoosier Heating and Cooling and talked to Mark. They had to cut out and replace several parts, vacuum the system, and re-install new refrigerant. Their technician was very professional and patient. Mark kept me informed every time they came to the house and explained every procedure. If you want a company that provides excellent service and communication, then Hoosier Heating and Cooling is who you should call.
Moved into a home alittle over a year ago and had to have someone come and fix my central air unit. Had them come and fix the heating in January then recently fix the AC. Both repairs were very thorough with friendly workers that explained the issues and found fixes for both problems. Transparent with what needed to be done along with educating me on upkeep and general maintenance. My boyfriend and I were very pleased with the honesty and reasonable pricing due to what all needed to be done to get both functions working properly. Will recommend this company to friends and family. Also shout out to the boss, Mark, for being kind, helpful, and understanding! Thanks again!
