I just want to say thank-you to Monroe Restoration & Cleaning (“Monroe”)! Monroe has been one of the best companies I have dealt with concerning my house. When I had a fluke water incident in my basement, they were quick to respond and begin the remediation/dry-out process. Thereafter, the “Restore” team was dispatched to get the damaged part of my basement back to status quo. Big Kudos to Andy/Project Manager who was very communicative, on time, energetic, nice, and explained each step of the “Restore” process.
