When a weather event turns into home damage, you want a prompt response to mitigate and restore your home. We suffered water damage in our kitchen during the coldest days of February 2026. After contacting my insurance carrier, I asked for a listing of preferred contractors that were familiar with the insurance company's software and process. Bob Culp and his team are great Bob when I would call made sure he called me back and answered all my questions. Shelly and the ladies answering the phones was always nice and caring. Shelly would call and make sure I was happy with the progress and if I wasn’t she would relay my concerns. Bob Culp will work with you he listens he is great to work with.
