After a pipe burst in our slab foundation and spread water under the flooring to three rooms and a hallway, I knew it was way too big of a job for us to DIY before mold/mildew set in.ServiceMaster was at our house within an hour or so that evening to start exposing the damaged areas and to start drying.The following day, they provided moving boxes and helped us pack our contents away. Then they tore out the damaged flooring (there were several layers of flooring that had to come out), and got the cabinets and appliances out from the wall and moved them out of the way for us. Very professional and detail oriented. Careful with valuables and glass items. Great communication and easy to work with. Very helpful in answering our questions and job completed as scheduled. Would highly recommend for any service.
As a 24-year Air Force veteran, I totally commend Rya and Kathy (the two ladies who showed up within a few hours of me reporting my pipe break to the insurance company), for their outstanding work! They were both professional, courteous, proficient, and hardworking! I would definitely recommend them to perform any water mitigation needs in the future!
