Christian and Rackley Restoration were referred to us through our insurance company when straight-line winds came through and tore part of the roof off of our building over a year ago. Christian contracted a company to come out the next day to give us a temporary fix until everything went through our insurance carrier, so that we could still conduct business as usual. Another wind storm came through shortly after this incident, and tore another section of the roof off, and once again, he had the same company here the next day to temporarily fix it. I cannot say enough good things about Christian and his team at Rackley. After experiencing water damage in our basement, they made our very stressful situation much easier to handle. From the very beginning Christian was professional, knowledgeable, and responsive and took the time to explain the process every step of the way.
The entire team worked efficiently and treated our home with care and respect. Their attention to detail and commitment to quality were evident throughout the project. The restoration and repairs turned out fantastic, and our basement looks better than ever.

Rackley Restoration went above and beyond for us in the process of restoring our home after a fire. They were professional, knowledgeable and took great care and attention to detail in the process and handling our household items and all decisions about the remodeling process. They made a hard situation as seamless and simple as could be. While I wouldn't wish a fire or damage to anyone's home, I would highly recommend Rackley to take care of any restoration/remodeling needed.
