I a shakey start with Servpro of South Bend, but Manager Chuck came by my house and we discussed the issue I had with Servpro early on. We talked it over and we came to an agreement with what probably should’ve happened from day one, some misunderstandings happened and we talked it through and came to a very good understanding and I want to thank Chuck for the resolution that we made. Would work with them again!!
