If you are a landlord, the company is fantastic! They use 21st century communications (you really can text the technician) with 20th century work ethics. Each time a tech has visited our properties or called on tenants, they work until they have a real diagnosis.
Joshua was very helpful. He explained everything and is extremely knowledgeable. The price of the service call was also very reasonable. Josh and Marcel are the best! They're going to get all our business.
Call MN heating/Air for work that needed to be done immediately due to an emergency and I called Marcel who sent Josh who responded instantly and fixed everything. The work was excellent and pricing was phenomenal! Marcel also installed my garage heater. We’re new residents and now have a heating/air company that we can trust. Thank you again!!!?
