WOW!! Joe was amazing!! It started on the phone with Tammy who was super nice and understanding about my lack of heat. She hung up with me and called Joe who then called me right back. He came right over since he was in the neighborhood and immediately found the problem. He was friendly and knowledgeable and efficient. I recently was in search of a reputable and knowledgeable HVAC company to replace my furnace. My best friend referred me to Air Tech because of her amazing experience with Joe and the company. From day one, Joe, Tammy and everyone involved in the process were a joy to work with and provided me with reassurance on how they would get the job done.
