“I had an amazing experience with Summers Plumbing Heating & Cooling. No one wants to be told they need a new furnace: especially at the holidays. Kevin didn't make me feel stressed out. He came and inspected my furnace when the pilot light went out. I knew deep down what he was going to say. Sure enough, my furnace was too far gone to be fixed...it was 35 years old. Kevin came back the next day with the estimate. I was able to get an appointment to work around my work schedule for the installation of a new furnace. Jake came out early and began to disassemble my old furnace. Then, Mark and Adam came. They had everything installed and cleaned up perfectly so I could get to work. They were so professional. The following day, Kevin contacted me to see how everything was going with the new furnace. I told him everything was amazing with the installation. “One of the BEST companies/families to deal with. My parents had an issue with their hot water tank, on a Friday night... which left them without any hot water. My Mom called first thing on Saturday, to see if she could set up an appointment for that same day. Unfortunately she was told they wouldn't be able to make it out until Monday morning.
About 30 minutes after that phone call, Tammy called back and said she and her husband would come out to see if there was anything they could do. They were at my parent's house within an hour and Jim actually was able to fix the issue my parent's were having.
On Monday morning, Joe came by to check and clean the area/problem that was addressed on Saturday.

“I had another plumber out for a clogged main and he was gracious enough to tell me he didn’t have the right equipment and suggested I call Gatlin, because he was certain they would be able to do it if anyone could. Not only did they get the clog fixed in a very timely and professional manner (they were here about an hour after I called and I live 40 mins from their shop), but Eddie was about as good a guy as you’re gonna find and super knowledgeable about what he was doing as well. My first and only call for future plumbing needs will absolutely be Gatlin! If you have plumbing needs, call the courteous, professional, knowledgeable folks at Gatlin and be confident it’ll get done without them trying to do extra work you don’t need.
