I previously had a different company to my home and told me my heater exchange was bad on my furnace (so I needed a new one), my AC unit was leaking oil, and my ducts needed re-worked. Basically, quoting me 27k for the entire thing. I requested a second opinion, because who in their right mind has that kind of money on hand, and vital debunked everything they said. I couldn't recommend this small company enough and the measures they went through to double check the previous company's complaints.“

They were the cheapest of the three quotes, they used Trane (recommended by Consumer Reports), their installers were patient with my questions, professional, genuine, helpful. The appearance of the work was clean and orderly and no debris left behind. They came back after install to help me diagnose a whistling issue caused by my zone dampers. Also their annual maintenance contracts are very economical and cheaper than a larger company I had been using. I had the pleasure of meeting "Mr. Turk", he still owns his own company and he and his staff, every single person I met, seems to care about providing great service to their customers. “I have maintenance agreement with Summers of Greenfield for plumbing, AC, and Furnace. Today was Furnace maintenance with Cole Evans. He went right to work. He put in a new filter I had out for him and check and cleaned the dust out of the furnance with a sweeper. He also signed me up for new year (2026) and I already know the dates they are coming to check plumbing, AC, and Furnance.. So I can plan around them. If you forget, they always call before they come which is helpful.“

Chris was knowledgeable, kind and honest. We had issues with our AC and Chris was able to walk us through the different options as well as a plan for inevitably having to replace our unit since it’s quite old but at no point forced us to choose the most expensive option or pushed any particular product on us. “Responsive | Honest | Reliable Too many times we have become jaded when it come to HVAC repair. NO SUCH ISSUES with Perdue / Swift Air. Took my call and concerns. Set a realistic appt. and showed up prepared to deliver. Deliver they did! Service technician, Allen, was courteous, patient, and informative. Saw the issue(s) and explained next steps . . . but only with my understanding and permission. Mad respect! He then went directly to work to resolve the problems. Afterward I was given helpful instructions on how to to keep the system healthy and working well. Truly, I can recommend these folks for emergencies and even more so for ongoing HVAC care.
