“About a month ago, we had Pierce-Tucker out for our poor, old water heater and thankfully it was a simple thing, just a service call charge. In the last couple of weeks the water heater started to trip its breaker so we finally decided to get a new one. Not only did Doug get me in the books for NEXT DAY install, he took off the equivalent of the service charge fee (from their previous visit) off the total of the water heater install. When other companies either couldn’t help or wouldn’t return my calls last month, Doug and Pierce-Tucker came through AND provided excellent service!
