Our heating system decided it had enough and here comes Jake’s company to the rescue. From the initial tech who came to evaluate the problem to the guys who came to install our new unit it was a great experience. I had an urgent problem over Thansgiving weekend and Jakes came out and fixed it.
Unfortunately our furnace was 20 years old and although we didn’t plan on replacing it, it was that time, Jake’s was very professional and easy to work with, took the time to explain everything and were very personable and relatable, they didn’t pressure us into buying but took the time to explain the situation and show us the issue and the problems with our current system, some of them that could be potentially dangerous, to allow us to make the best decision, and then showed us the options and explained each and helped us choose the best fit for our budget. 1000% recommend contacting them for all your Heating and Air service needs !!!
