Kizer's Carpet Care did an excellent job of cleaning carpets as they look like new. The stair steps are very clean. They did the low moisture treatment so the carpet and pad are not totally soaked. They also put on the carpet guard, which is like a Scotchgard but can't use that brand name. I highly recommend them as also reasonably priced.Service: General carpet cleaning

The gentleman that cut my son's hair was very friendly and the price was reasonable. I know it's a barber shop so mainly men go there but my girls needed a trim and since I had been there for my son I thought I'd see if he would do my girls hair and he did. I previously had a bad experience with Sun Tan City in a different town a few years back, but a couple months ago I decided to give this location a try and I'm so glad I did. Every time I come in I'm greeted with a "welcome in beautiful" and smiles. Everyone is so nice and knowledgeable of their products. I got my second ear piercings here. My first ones were at Claire’s 9 years ago lol so I was definitely scared coming here getting it done by hand instead of by a gun. Hayleigh was SO sweet and patient and talked me through it since I’m terrified of needles. It went super quick and barely even hurt. Everything was sterile! A bonus was that the place was super cool with horror themes in it as well as a little gift shop!

Very pleased. I had a pipe burst in my basement, and someone was out in 20 minutes. Everyone else I had called was booked a minimum of 3 days out. The men were very polite and professional. They fixed my burst pipe and even installed a line to my refrigerator for the ice maker. I will absolutely be using Enterprise for any need in the future.
First time using Rooterman of Muncie which was sent by our home warranty company. We were very happy with their service. Rooterman showed up at the time scheduled and diagnosed our plumbing drain line problem. They installed a new clean out and jetted the pipe, then showed me the pipes via the camera they use to check everything out in the pipes. I was very happy with their service and highly recommend!
Called for some issues with the tank for our well. Mr Rooter was able to send someone within a couple hours. With gentlemen were professional and easy to talk to. Our problem was diagnosed fixed in a couple hours. They just replaced the switch box and gauge on the tank itslef. Tank and pump were fine. Happy with service but prices for home repairs are just insane.
They arrived ahead of the estimated time, fixed my toilet quickly, replacing several necessary parts, and the bill was less than I expected. Will definitely be calling them again the next time I need a plumber.
After my last plumber canceled on me Brummett’s was quick to help me replace my water heater and install my water lines to my refrigerator and dishwasher! They were so easy to work with and very nice! Will definitely call them next time I need help.

I called and spoke w/ Kelly, she was incredibly polite and was amazingly quick to provide us with an estimate of service that was incredibly fair. Their team showed up and completed the job in a very detailed, timely & professional fashion. Upon my arrival to the home, the Owner of Advanced Carpet Care was on site and inspecting the completed job. Suffice it to say, we will continue calling on Advanced Carpet Care for years to come. We received absolutely no pressure to buy from them or to make a hasty decision. We especially appreciate the fact that they sell Mohawk carpets that are highly eco-friendly and pet-friendly. They made it possible to have a stair runner created from the carpet of our choice, at a very reasonable price, and installed it promptly. We'd definitely do business with them again.

If you have driven past our lot in the past three years, then you know how patient Jud Construction was with the external issues that delayed completion of our new fence. They honored the original estimate— despite COVID delays, utility company set-backs, Muncie railroad projects, lumber prices yo-yo-ing, etc. I would highly recommend them in the future. My surgery was cancelled the day before for advanced Squamous Cell Carcinoma. It is something I've unfortunately had but not known for years and is very important to get taken care of and see if has spread to lymph nodes or anywhere else, and just extremely frustrating that I've waited for a month and someone has been scheduled for a month to work for me but I'm cancelled less than a day in advance. They will bill the patient for that type of cancel but it's ok for them. Absolutely unacceptable to say the least. The patient with a serious issue and anxiety on top of it is obviously not a priority. I hope somehow I can have it done before the next scheduled surgery, over a month down the road!! Also I paid for and took medication, antibiotics prescribed, for no reason and stopped my aspirin which is very important for my cardio health for nearly two weeks. wow

Long and emotional update: This place is always worth the drive. We've been back a number of times since the original post. Seabeck remembered my little road kitty, and is always super excited to see his progress; whether good notes or good memory, both make a good doctor! Not as exciting, we found a one week old kitten outside in the rain. He was doing great, but when he wasn't, they had an appointment made for an hour later. We showed up 30mins before the appointment, and they took him back immediately. I'm not sure what strings were or weren't pulled, but I'm eternally grateful for them. They fought hard for him, and comforted us after he was gone. Little brings more comfort than to actually hear them doing everything they could. She asked what we wanted to do, but didn't ask too many questions (thank god). I didn't get any names unfortunately, but someone was so kind and kept apologizing, recognizing us from a recent appointment. One was a planned euthanasia, one was an emergency appointment. The funeral home they partner with gives a beautiful package when you pick up your pet, or they'll bury the ashes in a garden.
Original: First time we came here, I brought in a shelter cat for his free visit. A very kind staff member recognized him from when he was getting neutered and shots! She showed me pictures with him as a baby. Then, we go in yesterday for a kitten found in the road, and Dr. Seabeck and the other staff members took great care of this baby. They listened to my concerns, wrote everything down, and followed up on them. Dr. Seabeck was very honest in our options while still being very empathetic and gentle. We made a follow up appointment, received estimates with a full itemized list, and left feeling encouraged.
The staff is friendly and helpful. The techs are very attention oriented and very patient with our animals. Dr. Fipp and Dr. Rebecca listen to your concerns and aid in understanding of complex issues with informative information.

After the issues we faced with another local vet (which caused me to have PTSD), I was nervous to see Dr Reese. Her staff was welcoming. Dr Reese got on the floor to talk to Rozzi and do her exam. On. The. Floor. She gave her spray cheese (which I now must buy) to distract her and also get Rozzi to warm up to her (Rozzi loves allll the food). I was sure the cost of the visit plus meds was going to be over $300. Nope! Not even close! I asked if the meds had been added to my bill because I was shocked. Dr Reese explained everything including the possible and rare side effects of Rozzi’s meds. It was a great experience. We have finally found our vet.
I was hesitant to bring my baby here because they only had 3.5 stars. I'm so glad I chose to bring him anyway. Receptionist were so kind and caring, Sami helped relieve a lot of the worries I had about my pup. Drs were very involved and answered all my questions in a timely manner. Dr. Avila did an amazing job at removing my poor dogs drain from his wound, and assured me of the recovery process. They even clipped my boys nails while he was sedated. I cannot thank them enough! So glad I trusted them with my baby, and you should too!

So far so great! My dogs had a great experience. The environment is friendly and clean. The staff are helpful and patient. My dogs are large breeds. They came in for an evaluation to be able to be excepted for the day care/ boarding facilities. I like the idea of this so that there won’t be any surprises the day we board. They also have a large facility for boarding/ grooming and play areas. I like that we have the ability to know that our dogs will have all-day play while we are on vacation.

Claudia is great - attentive, conversational (when needed), and very, very knowledgeable about any question(s) I have concerning aches and pains. I also enjoy being able to stream my own music during the massage - makes for some fun conversations!
