I was in need of carpet for my bedrooms and this family owned business was happy to help. I had the pleasure to meet the owners and they were friendly and very knowledgeable about their products. The prices are very reasonable. I went to 3 different stores but I highly recommend this store. After I left the store I felt like I had made a new friend.

From start to finish, Williams Carpet Shop provided excellent customer service by being super responsive and very friendly. Not to mention, they had the best prices in town. They were able to get us on the schedule quickly, showed up on time, and did excellent work. The crew was professional and very respectful. We could not be more happy with our experience with this locally owned small company. Support this local business; you will not be disappointed!

I had to get all flooring replaced in a rental property; carpeting and vinyl. The staff was friendly, cost more reasonable than anywhere else in the area, and the workmanship was high quality. They were able to complete the project in one day and on a tight schedule. I will be a life-long customer.
