I felt Dr. Peacock was very thorough in her all over body exam. She found a small suspicious spot on the back of my leg which she biopsied. I had never seen that spot. I had several "wisdom" spots (other docs call them barnacles) on my face which she zapped. I had noticed these but wasn't aware Dr. Peacock could get rid of them. I felt it was a casual visit but Dr. Peacock got a lot accomplished on my behalf!
Very little wait to be registered or seen. Both nurse and Doctor made the experience less embarrassing and performed procedures with expertise and care. Communication of findings explained as discovered in easily understood manner. This is why I drive from Richmond and have for approximately 10 years to be seen for my dermatologist examinations! Highly recommend!
I believe it is rare to feel good and totally confident when visiting a doctor's office, but that is how I feel during my appointments with Dr. Peacock. Her actions and words have both shown me that she truly cares about her patients.
