Great friendly staff! Love the manager here! All staff are super helpful and do the best they can to assist any needs or questions you may have! Never have to wait! And can boom ahead on the app! Super clean store and booths are cleaned after every customer! Will keep coming back! They made a pale girl shine!
Kennedy is the sweetest! There was an issue with putting me in a bed i wanted and it truly wasn't her fault. She knew I was in a hurry so she still got me in the same level I wanted but gave me a courtesy tan since I don't have the instant membership. I definitely was not expecting that and it was an extremely nice gesture.
I want to add that the customer service, attitudes, and efficiency has improved tremendously over the last year and half when I started going to this location. I started going to Anderson for a bit because of the poor attitudes so I'm really glad to see employees like Kennedy at this location. Great beds and good deals on monthly packages!! We'll worth it to pay monthly... plus, the staff is ALWAYS sweet, kind, helpful and even makes you feel special and appreciates your business!! Best management I've ever seen at a tanning salon. Highly recommend.
