Sun Tan City is a business that offers both traditional sun tanning and spray tanning services. They are committed to providing their clients with great prices, knowledgeable staff, advanced equipment, and high-quality products. Customers have the option to customize their tanning plan to achieve their desired sun-kissed glow or a natural-looking spray tan.
One customer had a negative experience at a different Sun Tan City location a few years ago but decided to give this location a try a couple of months ago and was very pleased. The staff is described as being friendly, knowledgeable, and greeting customers with a "welcome in beautiful" and smiles. The customer was so satisfied that they purchased a monthly membership and visit at least once a week.
Another customer had a positive experience with a staff member who provided excellent service while helping them choose the best tanning lotion. This customer also commented on the cleanliness of the facility and the welcoming atmosphere. They have a spray tan membership and visit the business twice a week. They highly recommend Sun Tan City as the best place in Muncie for spray tanning services.
Great friendly staff! Love the manager here! All staff are super helpful and do the best they can to assist any needs or questions you may have! Never have to wait! And can boom ahead on the app! Super clean store and booths are cleaned after every customer! Will keep coming back! They made a pale girl shine!
Kennedy is the sweetest! There was an issue with putting me in a bed i wanted and it truly wasn't her fault. She knew I was in a hurry so she still got me in the same level I wanted but gave me a courtesy tan since I don't have the instant membership. I definitely was not expecting that and it was an extremely nice gesture.
I want to add that the customer service, attitudes, and efficiency has improved tremendously over the last year and half when I started going to this location. I started going to Anderson for a bit because of the poor attitudes so I'm really glad to see employees like Kennedy at this location. She really cared about the tanning experience for customers.
Great beds and good deals on monthly packages!! We'll worth it to pay monthly... plus, the staff is ALWAYS sweet, kind, helpful and even makes you feel special and appreciates your business!! Best management I've ever seen at a tanning salon. Highly recommend.
