I went in to have a few skin issues I wanted them to look at. I didn't have to wait very long to be called back. When Dr. Gennady came in the first thing he said was sorry he took so long. I definitely didn't wait long at all! And I shared that the wait time to see him was the shortest I've ever waited. He took me very seriously with my many concerns and I felt heard. He was super relatable. If you're looking for a dermatologist I recommend seeing Dr. Gennady!

My 5 stars are for Sarah who did my facial! Sarah was kind, professional, and walked me through the process of the facial. She also was good at educating, without seeming judgmental or pushy. She listened to me, and made recommendations based off of my concerns and interests. I would definitely recommend her for a facial.
