David D impressed customers with his extremely thorough work, treating every room and efficiently resolving the source of a pest increase. His professionalism and polite demeanor made the experience smooth and reassuring. Bill was also noted for his honesty and knowledge, taking time to answer all questions without recommending expensive treatments. The company sends out reminders about appointments, and customers appreciate the helpfulness of the staff both in person and over the phone. Many have been using the company for years and plan to continue. The service is professional, personalized, flexible, and effective, with outstanding results—no bugs or critters remain.
I can't say enough great things about David D from American Pest Professionals! He did an extremely thorough job during his visit—treating every room in the house and going above and beyond to inspect for any additional areas of concern. David not only found the source of the recent pest increase since the last visit, but he resolved it efficiently and effectively.

Bill was very honest and up front. He was very knowledgeable and took his time answering every question and concern we had. He did not try to overcharge me or recommend pricey treatments. Very happy with the service so far!
