UPDATE: Called the salon and spoke with a receptionist and Karen about my nails. They let me book and appointment with Johnnie and he fixed my nails and did another AMAZING job!!! Thank you guys so much for making it right!!!Came in and got my nails done the day before Thanksgiving by Johnnie and absolutely loved everything about them that he had done.Today, however, was a completely different story. Today is my birthday so I decided to go pamper myself and get my nails done for Christmas while I had time. I love that you don't need an appointment. Sometimes the wait is a bit long when you dont have one but being a walk in you gotta understand that. They are always friendly and are very good at what they do. The store is clean and instrument hygiene is very apparent

Absolutely love it here. All the staff are so friendly and do amazing at their job. Today John did my full set and pedicure and he was awesome. John was kind, knowledgeable, funny, and overall amazing. I have always loved going here and the atmosphere is phenomenal. Thank you for always doing a great job!
