“I can’t say enough good things about Potter Family Eye Care!!! I originally took my kids (3 and 5) to a pediatric eye doctor, who overcharged and under-cared. This place couldn’t be more opposite! When I picked up my kids glasses from the other place they never even tried them on their eyes and then wanted to charge more for an RX check than Potter’s was going to charge for a full new eye exam. I called them asking about a second opinion, and I felt cared for from the very first phone call. Flash forward to our appointment and they did even better with my kids than the pediatric eye place and did a more thorough eye exam for both of my children! We will definitely be using Potter Family Eye Care for our whole family from now on!“

She took the time to listen to my concerns, and after years of incorrect prescriptions, she was able to find the missing link (needing prism!). “Dr, Bickel and her staff are outstanding, I drive from out of state to see her and would not trust anyone else with my families eye care. They are always friendly, kind, and more than willing to help with whatever concern arises. Her assistant Tori goes out of her way to make both of my boys feel comfortable. Dr. Bickel is very knowledgable and has caught issues that other doctors have missed. The office staff is always well prepared and makes check in/out very easy and they go out of their way to answer any questions we have regarding insurance or ordering contacts or glasses. I have never had a negative encounter when I have been in the office or had to call in. This is why I continue to travel several hours to this office, it is well worth the peace of mind I feel after the exams knowing my family has had the best care by a great doctor, her assistant, and staff.“

“Excellent Opthalmologist on site. Able to have my retinas scanned for related health concerns. Large selection if frames on site for new lenses. Staff does all the hard work. Give them your vision insurance information and they will find the best deal for your coverage.“
