“I looked at multiple eyeglass vendors in my area. Not only does Tavel accept Medicare Advantage, but had the most friendly and knowledgeable staff of any other places I looked at. I placed an order for glasses… then texted a photo of me wearing them to my family and bestie and everyone one of them said they thought they appear too big for my face. I had to agree. I called the next day and canceled the order. Today I went back there and after working with 3 different Opticians, we found a pair that worked for me and went ahead and ordered them. “I received glasses that were giving me very disorienting vision. I went to the Warby Parker at Clay Terrace and unfortunately did not receive much help when I brought them in. They told me to return to the eye doctor, which is not very easy for me to do. Chris, at Keystone, really explained well what he thought was probably going on, and why. He found me better fitting glasses, did a quick exam with them on, and helped me with my exchange. He was so kind and patient even though I had a toddler with me and had showed up the minute he opened the door that morning. Thank you so much - such a relief!“
