“The exam was on time, prompt and everything was explained fully. Only 4 stars because I believe I asked for single vision prescriptions (Distance and reading separate) but I now find I have a script for bifocals. I even asked as I was checked out and was told to eliminate one column of measurements but this is not accurate. There is no script for reading glasses. This will likely mean another trip to the provider which is quite some drive from my home.“

“I received glasses that were giving me very disorienting vision. I went to the Warby Parker at Clay Terrace and unfortunately did not receive much help when I brought them in. They told me to return to the eye doctor, which is not very easy for me to do. Chris, at Keystone, really explained well what he thought was probably going on, and why. He found me better fitting glasses, did a quick exam with them on, and helped me with my exchange. He was so kind and patient even though I had a toddler with me and had showed up the minute he opened the door that morning. Thank you so much - such a relief!“
