I am very happy and pleased with my whole experience today. For the first time in my life I can wear contacts and not cumbersome glasses. The doctor and staff were friendly, knowledgeable and assisted professionally when my Frex card from my insurance did not work. We found out together that the money given me for Flex was actually on my debit card for my OTC and grocery card. This will be useful for the staff in the future when a customer has the benefit card and Flex card.

My exam went very well. I previously had a horrible experience with one of the employees there. She was extremely dismissive and disrespectful. I PROMISED myself I would NOT return. However, when my eye surgeon suggested I return I’m VERY GLAD I did.The employee named Precious goes above and BEYOND to provide EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE. Her skills are invaluable to LensCrafters. In my opinion she SHOULD be the manager who runs the Lafayette St., store.

Came in while visiting from out of state, after losing my glasses I had purchased at another Lenscrafters. My insurance for glasses was exhausted, but I still had an allotment for contacts. Dr. Hudak's office got me in quickly, used the information from the other store, and fitted me for a pair of trial contacts so I was able to see again until I can get the glasses replaced. The staff and Dr. were very nice, very professional, and got me in and out and on my way in 30 minutes with everything I needed. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
