Wow - Sophia did an amazing job on my hair today- she took great care in cutting it and getting it just right! She was so careful and had lots of great tips. My hair was way too long when I came in and my color was way off- but just the cut freshened it up tons! I have fine hair that is frequently lifeless and hanging straggly - but now it has texture and volume and I feel light and bright and confident.

I got a haircut, shampoo, and blow dry with Esmeralda and it was amazing! I showed her my inspo picture and got long layers and face frame curtain bangs she cut it exactly how I wanted it. Actually, I had stopped in the shop at the middle of a 6 mi power walk on a very hot and humid day to see if a particular gentleman was there who sold colognes in one nook of the shop. I was sweaty and disheveled, but one of the barbers invited me to have a seat and he would get to me after he finished the patron he was working on at the time. I explain to him that I had not come for a haircut but rather to see a gentleman who apparently was not there that day. Nevertheless, I was invited to come back anytime for a haircut. About 2 hours later, after I had returned home, showered, and changed my clothes, I returned to the barbershop, somewhat to the surprise of the young man who had told me to return if I wanted a good haircut. I told him I came to take him up on the offer. That young man turned out to be Moose. I told him to do whatever he thought was appropriate for the hair that I had, and when he was finished, I was very surprised and very pleased with the haircut he had given me. When I returned home about a half hour later, my brother and his girlfriend were in the living room and complimented me on the haircut, noting how the length and styling complimented my face. I was very pleased with the haircut.

My 4-year-old loved his haircut at Pat’s! He’s usually pretty tense during clipper cuts but today he could have fallen asleep sitting up he was so relaxed. Pat was so sweet to him and made him feel and look great!
This is by far the best place to come tan, get your hair done, along with the friendly banter and homelike atmosphere. I love Meagan she’s is a literal ray of sunshine. She works hard to keep her customers happy and goes out of her way for soo many at once. She’s like superhuman. I can’t imagine anyone saying anything bad about this place. They would have to be very unpleasant to not appreciate the Jem that this place truly is. As far as anyone being unhappy about prices I say find a place better. You won’t. Promise.
I enjoy the one on one with no other salon chatter going on where you can listen to everyone else’s business. Samantha asks questions to determine what you are wanting to achieve and I truely appreciated that. No other hair stylist has asked questions the way she did. I was completely happy with my cut and color.

I Love this product, I put a small amount all over my hair especially my ends and it doesn’t weight my hair down, I still got that bounce and fresh look even after a week and half from getting my hair done.
Phree is a lovely boutique salon that has more to offer than any large operation because of the one on one attention you receive. Aubrey is able to focus on all aspects of the service and keep you chatting away like you are in her living room. It's a magical experience that she has mastered. I have read many of the experiences at the location in Highland good and bad. I'm kind of surprised at the bad experiences. I did however experienced my lashes falling off in 3 days and I thought it was me due to my lack of experience wearing them. Nevertheless the manager fixed them for me with no hesitation and I appreciated her understanding. The lash techs are amazing and professional. The pricing point is what I thought you would expect to pay, unless you apply them yourself. So far I'm happy with my experience there and I hope to continue to do so.
2023: First time going to Karen and she was the best! Super nice and she does a fast service. She offers aftercare products to help your bikini line. This was the LEAST painful Brazilian wax I’ve EVER gotten.
2024: Update I LOVE RWS and it’s the ONLY place I will go. Karen is the best at what she does and she gets you out in under 15 minutes!

Very happy with the final results. I will add that make sure you get in writing what work will be performed and how it will be performed. During the initial consultation and quote, we discussed how a repair would be handled. When it came to the actual repair, it was not handled in the same manner. When I brought it to their attention, they said they did not have the proper tools to make that repair.
Would I use them again? Absolutely. The floors turned out great and we are very happy with them. I do wish some of their services could be a bit more professional. Perhaps I’m a bit old-school, but appearance and presentation go a long way.

I needed a new lock for my 1994 Anderson Patio door. I went online and could not find it, so I found this place online as a local dealer. They said they could order it and it would coast $1,000. When I said that was a lot, they told me a new patio doors coast $12,000.! I payed them and 2 weeks later the parts arrived, when I went there they said that they got a better price and refunded me $355. Very honest people. That said, they wanted $700 to do the work. Wow, I am a machinist and it took me 35 minutes to do the work.
We have all heard the saying: "You get what you pay for.". With Apex Construction you get MORE than you pay for!! My bathroom floor was literally crumbling and cracked. I quit using it because the toilet was leaning into the crack. I knew I had no choice but to call a construction company. I have had 3 contractors in the last 4 years and they all screwed me over and 2 didn't finish their job. To say that I was scared to be used again was an understatement. Andy came to give me an estimate (I got 3....1 came smelling of booze and another just told me what to do without asking my opinion.). Andy and I talked and I told him of my fear and he helped me understand their process. Every step of the way each and every worker asked me what I wanted and told me what they were doing. During the construction i made a big mistake and had a meltdown...I was a crying and a real emotional mess. Andy left what he was doing and came right over. He calmed me and directed me on what to do. He could have charged me more and probably should have, but he didn't. I am grateful for Andy and all of the workers that have come into my home. I am also blessed to have found an HONEST, hard working group of skilled craftmen who care about the work they do and were always extremely respectful to me. My new bathroom is simply gorgeous!! I brought some friends over to see it and one (usually very cynical and always critical) friend stated: "I feel like I am in a SPA!". She did complain about my choice of soap but loved my bathroom!! Andy and his crew restored my faith letting me know that there are HONEST construction companies left in our area.
For the past 10 years, Dr. Halum has been beyond amazing for our family! We've transitioned to being seen by Dr. Savage now, and cannot speak more highly of him as well! Dr. Savage and Candy were absolute blessings for my anxiety-ridden son today. Both went above and beyond, and we're so thankful! Appointments are always timely, and they have a very clean environment as well. Not to mention having the bells and whistles that make procedures practically painless. Kids always leave with a smile! I wanted to take a few minutes to share my experience in hopes that it may make others more at ease with, what is a very big step in their lives.
I first went to Dr. Drone with absolutely no idea exactly what my options were going forward. I had been a “grinder” for years but had not gotten the attention required to stop the destruction of my own teeth. Having not had a cavity until the age of 35, I took my good fortune for granted. My problems had started over a decade before our first meeting, my teeth were in pretty bad shape. They had been ground down to the point that not only did they look terrible, but nearly all my teeth had been compromised structurally. Dr. Drone informed me that he could repair my own teeth, but the underlying issues of decay would persist. I was in line for several root canals going forward. And that was just for starters.
Dr. Drone suggested a total replacement plan with several options. I chose a plan, with his guidance, that would be suitable for me personally and my lifestyle. During this time I had calls from doctor well after hours that were, as he explained, “Because he just had to make sure everything was perfect”.
I then had 32 teeth pulled in one day! And at the same time had 7 implants put in my jaw. There is no way to sugar coat this experience. It was a challenge for the next six months while I waited for the healing process to be completed. Dr. Drone and his staff were very supportive during this time. Dr. Drone's attention to detail during the selection process and his clear communication as to what I should expect was right on! This was a huge step in my life. I feel now that I couldn’t have made a better choice in the path I took, or the Doctor I chose. I truly had the feeling that Dr. Drone's main goal was improving my quality of life first. What more could you ask for from a doctor? And by the way I do have a new million dollar smile as well. Which also now allows me to eat absolutely ANYTHING! I can’t thank Dr. Drone and his staff enough. Not only for their professional attention. But making me feel at ease every time I walked into the office. THANK YOU!!

Our beloved boy Bert was near the end. We didn't want to say goodbye. But the wonderful people at EVCC helped him make his final transition and allowed us to say goodbye in a loving peaceful manner. Believe me, we tried everything to keep him here with us, but I am so happy we took Bert to their office in Highland, In as you could see the care and attention, they gave him in his final moments. It allowed us to come to terms that we were losing a member of our family in a very peaceful way. And although we are still grieving, we nave comfort. Having his paw print was also something special to both of us. It felt like he was still with us. Thank you

Wow. This place. Lemme tell you- Jill is very kind. This was my dogs’ first ever grooming appointment. Jill took the time to “get to know” my fur baby and make sure she was really comfortable before starting any kind of grooming. My dog and I left there feeling very positive and happy. Jill made sure that my dogs first time was a positive experience and that she would be thrilled to go back. Even when it came to the big scary air dryer, she took her time to reassure my dogs throughout the whole process. Yes, my dog was nervous at first with the dryer, but she ended up falling asleep from being so comfy. This place is a gem, and Jill is the shining star. Thank you.

The studio is always clean, and the teachers all add a friendly, kind, and approachable yet deeply knowledgeable energy to the experience in their own unique ways. I had come here on and off over the years, and I’ve always had great experiences.Storytime: At the beginning of 2023 I’d bought 2 10-class packs, but they went unused until I had 2 months left until the packs expired, so I started coming a few times a week if only to use them up and not waste my money. Every class I’d feel great, but I still thought that would be the last time I would buy that many classes at once. By the last few classes of the pack, totally unexpectedly, I became hooked, as I slowly realized how therapeutic these classes, this space, the teachers’ wisdom, and my personal practice are, not only for my body’s strength and flexibility, but for releasing pent up energy, emotions, and toxins that get stored in my organs, muscles, and joints. And the high heat and humidity of each class only adds to the (sweaty!) therapeutic effects.I now buy the monthly unlimited package and go as often as my schedule allows, which has been almost daily, thankfully. I mostly keep to myself when I’m there, but inside I’m so grateful for this studio and all it adds to my life. I hope you’ll give it a try and get hooked, too.
