The sales people were genuinely knowledgeable, helpful, friendly, and patient with the selection process. Gina offered us a wide inventory to choose from, and was very empathetic to our need to make the right choice. Autumn walked us through the process precisely and efficiently. Installers arrived as scheduled, communicating with us all along the way. They worked very efficiently and carefully and cleaned up after themselves. This company did an outstanding job on my new floors and carpeting. I absolutely love my new look in my home. Autumn was very good in helping me select my new carpet and flooring. I was able to take samples home to see how they looked in my home. The installers were very efficient and cleaned up after themselves extremely well. Thank you to everyone for helping me update my home making it look brand new. I highly recommend this company to anyone. They are the best.

Creative Carpeting just finished installing new carpeting throughout our entire house. What a tremendous job they did.
