I took my dog (4 yo, 80 lb lab mix) here for a consult and eventual surgery to repair bilateral torn CCLs, and we had an excellent experience. The staff are all fantastic and very compassionate, they were very understanding of my dog’s fear of the vet and worked with her to make her comfortable throughout. Dr. Gendreau was thorough and straightforward and extremely helpful with all questions before and after her surgery date. I have been very impressed by both the facility and the quality of care that she received, and am very glad we made the drive in from Chicago to VOC!
Everyone was amazing, the veterinarian, the vet techs, and the receptionists are all so kind and wonderful. Thank you for taking care of our dog. How understand and kind everyone was.
We are very fortunate to have such an excellent facility within a short drive from where we live. I've been recommending VOC to my clients for years, because I'd trust them with my own pet. The thoroughness/ attention to detail, and the compassion shown to my dog was very much appreciated! I knew she was in the best possible care for the surgery she needed.
