Apart from saving my dog's life, I was able to be seen quickly and attentively during an emergency. Plus, they were able to explain everything about her newly diagnosed disease and reassured me it was manageable. The entire staff were friendly and knowledgeable, and I would recommend this place to anyone that needed emergency vet care. Everyone there was super friendly! But the front-desk was especially welcoming when I first brought Mith Bithcuit in, and I was already very stressed. Made sure I knew there were options for waiting and that I could try to relax now that I was there. Excellent care of my pet and explaining a disease that was new to me

Very nice staff, we had to put our dog down and the staff was very compassionate and patient with us during our difficult time. They went over everything and explained what was to be expected and did not rush us and let us know we could take our time.
