The instructor, Brian, is excellent and insightful, providing clear instructions and valuable driving tips, including the RoLL technique for parallel parking. The overall experience is positive, with no complaints about the service provided.
Since completing my test and courses at Certified I feel 1000% more comfortable and well informed behind the wheel. The classes and educators were to the point and beneficial. Furthermore I would suggest making sure you access all information before payments such as drop/pick up schedule for test drives, payment packaging, etc. all listed were things not properly disclosed to me and had I known would have altered my experience! If you’re looking for a good comfortable and energetic instructor ask for ED!
All three of my kids have gone through the school. The instructors were really nice and the Driving instructors were great! It is expensive, but I don’t think there’s anything that could be done about that. The thing that I did not appreciate was the staff. Every time I would call to set up a drive or schedule a test, they weren’t very friendly and quite rude at times and short. It’s not hard to be kind. Hopefully they will work on that, but after five years and three drivers And the same experience, I’m doubtful
