So…. My carpets looked amazing after they were done. So I have to give credit where credits due. Unfortunately, my carpets were soaking wet. I mean they were unrealistically wet. Told me to put fans on them which I did. I personally think if they would have taken a little more time they could have sucked up way more water. They also told me on the phone that they would move my furniture as long as I had all the loss items taken off in my living room. They only moved one table, the center one. They arrived on time and came in and did 2 rooms and 2 love seats. They were done in 45 minutes and were very efficient. I'm very pleased with the price and the advice they gave. If you do regular cleanings through them, they give you a slight discount. We have 4 pets and hadn't had it cleaned in years. It smells so much better and looks better.
