“Beau was very polite and respectful of our home he took time to make sure the walls and corners were protected from scuffs and dings worry shoe covers to protect the carpet he patiently answered all our questions with explanations, he was honest about some trouble areas and told me to call if the spots were still in the chair cushions after drying as they were water stained pretty good from our attempts to clean them previously he is a hard worker and gave great customer service“

Our HVAC unit caught fire and is scheduled to be replaced on Tuesday, but per fire department and HVAC company the vents needed to be cleaned before replacement. “I had a really good experience with Jose from COIT. I tried everything and couldn’t get the smell of dog vomit out of my couch cushion, but he was able to do it. Really happy to have my couch back again. Thought it was nice that Jose called beforehand too when he was heading over to my place. The only reason this is not 5 stars is because my one cushion (albeit it was the large cushion of my sectional) was $250 to get done. The price was told to me up front at the time of the appointment so there were no surprises, but just know you may be paying a decent amount for this service. Still overall very happy to have it done!“
