Had a major water leak and Dustin from 911 Restoration came to do the demolition and remediation services. He was very knowledgeable and explained the process to us. The plumber who came first was also quick and efficient in his part of the process. Rick and Ashley were also very professional and helpful. I am very pleased with the professionalism and efficiency in carrying out this very stressful situation.
We found 911 restorations by doing a Google search for mold remediation and picked the first one that came up. I called and had an appointment within a few minutes. They came out and did a free inspection and gave us a quote. After several quotes from other companies it seemed there price couldn't be beat. We had to do this as apart of the sale of our home. Rick was awesome to work with. He was professional, and available at any time. He responded quickly by email, phone, and text. The mold was remediated and we even got a 1 year warranty. I recommend this company!
