Boldens is very concerned about the quality of their work and the service they provide. They show up on time and they call to make sure you are satisfied with the job afterwards. If there is any issue, they listen and make sure you are satisfied. I think they are what all businesses should aspire to be. I get my carpet cleaned twice a year by them.
It was great from start to finish. First, I loved that I was able to get a quote through Facebook messenger with no hassle. I also set it up that way without having to call. Phone calls give me a lot of anxiety, so that was perfect for me. I tend to remember things late evening or middle of the night. They were super responsive with my late messages. I was surprised someone was working that late. People who love what they do tend to, so... We got a call when they were on thier way. They were on time. They we super kind with my kids following them around. We were all very interested in how the vent cleaning works. We had Logan and Trayton. They were awesome, very respectful....read full review
Logan and Trayton were great ! First I got a phone call to let me know they were on the way ! They were pleasant as we went through the house. They explained what was going to take place and was very knowledgeable! I didn’t know what to expect having the duct-work cleaned. They were very helpful.They were polite, respectful and were a good reflection of your training and customer service!Thank you both so much !
