I scheduled an appointment to have Versatile Cleaning Group come in for a carpet/rug cleaning at my parents' home, and they exceeded ALL expectations. From start to finish - scheduling, to the moment they left - the service was outstanding and the professionalism was top tier. My parents over VERY satisfied with the results of their cleaning and we just wanted to say THANK YOU. Very friendly. Their best quality was their availability in scheduling. Carpets looked great. Appropriate follow up as needed.I initially had trouble getting ahold of them, but their customer service was great there after.Recommend: will continue to update a I use this company.

Very pleased with their services! David was very thorough in explaining what to expect and what the best treatment plan was. Our carpets look brand new again! He was even able to effectively eliminate the pet stains & smells! Would highly recommend this company!
