Tanner the agent for express restorations was on top of every thing. Called me on Monday that the roofing was order and that it would be deliver Tuesday.right on time. Five Star responded very quickly to my request for an estimate. The estimate was clear and easy to read. Very reasonable considering the task estimated. There was a raw sewage backup, in which 10” of sewage water was present. Jimmy and his crew removed ALL the debris, mucked out the awful sludge, sprayed area and placed a de humidifier and several dryers. I could not be any happier with the project. If needed, I will only call Five Star.
