Beau was very polite and respectful of our home he took time to make sure the walls and corners were protected from scuffs and dings worry shoe covers to protect the carpet he patiently answered all our questions with explanations, he was honest about some trouble areas and told me to call if the spots were still in the chair cushions after drying as they were water stained pretty good from our attempts to clean them previously he is a hard worker and gave great customer service
Stanley Steemer technician, Theodore, did a great thorough cleaning of our carpet, and shared information we needed to know. We definitely look forward to working with Theodore again if possible.
