The first time someone came out they did a horrible job and finished in 5 minutes. Leaving my carpet still not clean and stinky from my dogs accident. This time, Ivan was very thorough and spent 45 minutes cleaning the spot. It smells so much better and you can’t really see the stain anymore. He was excellent.
Ryan was absolutely awesome. He educated me on my contract renewal BUT wasn’t pushy…I actually will likely be adding it at some point because of the way he handled educating me. He also was very easy to describe what needed to be done. He also raked the carpet with a fur catcher thing AND no one has done that previously! He took such great care of us!
I had the pleasure of having David from Stanley Steamer service my home, and I couldn't be happier with the results. He did a fantastic job and was the best service technician we've ever had.
