I had a really good experience with Jose from COIT. I tried everything and couldn’t get the smell of dog vomit out of my couch cushion, but he was able to do it. Really happy to have my couch back again. Thought it was nice that Jose called beforehand too when he was heading over to my place. The only reason this is not 5 stars is because my one cushion (albeit it was the large cushion of my sectional) was $250 to get done. The price was told to me up front at the time of the appointment so there were no surprises, but just know you may be paying a decent amount for this service. Still overall very happy to have it done!
