“Masters installed the HVAC in our new home in 2021, we moved in early 2022. Winter of 2023 furnace started falling when temperature went below freezing. They gave us a workaround, which worked but was a pain to do. Last week the workaround failed, so we called them out. They were stumped, but kept investigating.
