Josiah did a fantastic job. He was thorough, took his time, explained membership benefits that I will sign up for. Explained clearly the health of my HVAC unit and his recommendations. He brought along a trainee whom he was showing the ropes. Trainee did great as well explaining benefits and unit. Great experience from start to finish.
Tommy Webber came out and did above and beyond for service. He recommended items we were unaware of before to help protect and prolong our compressors, and cleaned up our units very well! Certainly recommend 👌🏻
Service tech was great and did a good job. My only issue was the $276 I had to pay in labor to replace a simply capacitor that takes five minutes to do. My part was free with the warranty but the labor charge was ridiculous. I could understand if the blower house had to be removed and some wiring work needed done but not for a capacitor.
