It's definitely worth it to be on Bassett's maintenance program. It keeps your system in check and saves you money if you do need a repair. Steven went over and beyond. We were in Florida when our pipes froze in Indiana.. He was able to figure out the issue and get parts and fix the issue. We appreciate that he was able yo get things done quickly. We also appreciate our neighbor that let him in the house.
Our furnace stopped working on a day when temperatures were in the single digits. We were so relieved that a technician was able to come out sometime that same day. Jeff called first, wanting to confirm we still wanted him to come since it was very late in the evening. He fixed the problem quickly and had our furnace working again. Highly recommend.
